A digital vixen is calling Uber out for deactivating her subscription after she claimed to have caught her Uber driver masturbating during her ride, allegedly.
Unsurprisingly, the unsavory scene rubbed her the wrong way so she took to Twitter to talk about her expierence.
Virtually known as Nubian Matriarch or Madame Caramel tweeted, “So @Uber cancelled my account because a driver complained about me without hearing my side of the story.” the woman tweeted.
“Look at your driver hence [why I] cussed him and his mother,” Caramel added. Who is also an award-winning dominatrix as well as a London OnlyFans model.
Sadly, we’ve heard of Uber doing this hundreds of its passengers once they make a complaint about a driver sexually harassing them or doing something inappropriate. Passenger complains – passenger gets blocked.
In her viral Twitter testimony, which has gotten more than 11,000 views to date, it features footage of what appears to be an unidentifiable man shaking his arm near his crotch while sitting behind the wheel of his car.
A spokesperson from Uber said that the ride-share service was actively investigating the allegation against the man.
The spokesperson went on to say, “We are appalled by this allegation and have a zero tolerance policy on any such behavior in the Uber community. Any driver found to have behaved in the manner faces removal from the platform. We are currently investigating this incident.”

Caramel also shared a screenshot of an email that Uber had sent her, reading, “We can confirm that we have received your report, and a member of our Senior Safety Team will be reaching out to you in due course. In the meantime, if you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.”
In response to her terrifying story, many people came forward to share their own uncomfortable encounters with Uber drivers who had made them uncomfortable.
One comment said, “An Uber driver got into the back of a taxi I was in and tried to kiss me and asked if he could go back to my flat with me. It was scary as f–k, I was drunk and wanted to get home safe. I reported it to the Police but nothing came of it.”one commenter said.
Another comment said, “Uber is awful I had a driver threaten to traffic Me and drive deliberately slowly through a deserted area to intimidate Me and they didn’t even fire the driver. They wouldn’t even refund Me until I kicked up a huge fuss.”
